Hydrowise warranty obligations are limited to the terms and specifications outlined below. Hydrowise warrants that all models of the Standard Water Vortex will be free of defects in material and workmanship. In the unlikely event that a Water Vortex is defective, Hydrowise will replace it with another model of equal value. This warranty is available for a period of up to 5 years from the date of purchase. The replacement model will assume the remaining warranty coverage of the original product. When a product is exchanged, the replacement product will become your property and the replaced product will become the property of Hydrowise, Inc.

Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not cover charges for labor or other costs incurred in the repair or removal of the defective product, installation of the replacement model, service or handling of parts or complete products.

All claims under the warranty provided must be made within 5 years from the date of original purchase. Failure to notify Hydrowise. of a warranted defect within 5 years from the date of original purchase voids Hydrowise’s obligations.

The warranty provided will become void if the product has been subject to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, an Act of God; unauthorized modifications made to the product; or the product has not been installed in compliance with the printed instructions provided. The warranty provided is for replacement only.

Obtaining Warranty Service

Please notify Hydrowise of any issues or defects with any of its Standard Water Vortex models before mailing it to Hydrowise. After communication and confirmation that replacement is necessary for the defective product, mail the defective model to Hydrowise. Shipping charges to be paid by you. Please include this warranty in the package. The replacement model will be shipped to you free of charge upon receipt of the defect product.

Valves are covered for 5-year, tanks are covered for 10 years. Media is generally not covered by the factory unless we prove a defect in the materials. Performance depends upon the water quality/environment that the media is going to be subject to. This filter has been designed for use with City Water only. Well water requires a different process and it has to be customized in many cases.

All of the media and wet components are certified by the NSF as components.
