Your order is extremely important to us. Most orders are processed within 3 Business Days. Free shipping for selected products available to addresses within the U.S. Presently all water vortex units are shipped by USPS Priority Mail which normally delivers in 2 or 3 business days unless other arrangements are made in advance. Filtration Systems will be shipped based on consultation with the customer. All other shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Tracking may be available based on shipping method chosen. We will do our best to expedite all orders, but we cannot guarantee delivery times or delays while the product is in the control of third party shipping agents, whether USPS or other delivery services.

Refund Policy

We offer an unconditional, money-back guarantee on the Water Vortex in the first 30 Days after purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your Vortex for any reason, you may return your product to Hydrowise at the address provided. You must first get authorization for the return by emailing Hydrowise at support@behydrowise.com. In order to be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in the same condition that it was sold. There is a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable and costs associated with return of the product including shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. You must include your full name, address and contact information in the return shipment. It is requested that a copy of the original packing slip or receipt also be included. If any credit card processing fees were incurred in your purchase, those charges will not be refunded.

While our products meet the highest standards of quality and manufacturing, no express health representations are made and no this product has not been tested or approved by the FDA or any other regulatory agency. Consult your physician about any specific health issues and to discuss the importance of adequate hydration with a healthy source of water.– We do not share any of your personal information with any third party other than partners under contract to us who help us serve you better in areas such as delivery of your product, fraud prevention and specialized customer service. Our service partners are only to use your information in connection with the services they perform for us and/or you.
